Závazně přihlašuji tým do soutěže Young Lions 2026, která se koná ve dnech 13. - 23. 3. 2026, a zavazuji se zaplatit účastnický poplatek 16.000,- Kč bez DPH za každý přihlášený tým. Zároveň prohlašuji, že jsem se seznámil(-a) a souhlasím se soutěžním řádem.

V souladu se zákonem č. 101/2000 Sb., o ochraně osobních údajů, rovněž uděluji souhlas společnosti Lionhearted s.r.o., IČ: 049 05 300, se sídlem Bělehradská 858/23, Vinohrady, 120 00 Praha 2, se zpracováním, shromažďováním a uchováváním osobních údajů obsažených v přihlášce a dále svých údajů sdělených Vyhlašovateli v průběhu soutěže, a to k jejich zařazení do databáze Vyhlašovatele a jejich následnému zpracování pro účely vyhodnocení soutěže, zveřejnění výsledků soutěže, pro marketingové a PR účely Vyhlašovatele, a to včetně zasílání obchodních sdělení prostřednictvím elektronických prostředků dle zákona č. 480/2004 Sb., o některých službách informační společnosti a o změně některých zákonů ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a k prokázání souhlasu se zpracováním osobních údajů pro tyto účely, a to na dobu neurčitou s tím, že k těmto údajům mohou být přiřazeny i další údaje. Jsem si vědom svých práv stanovených v § 12 a § 21 zákona o ochraně osobních údajů, tedy zejména práva požádat o informaci o zpracování svých osobních údajů, jakož i požádat o vysvětlení či nápravu v případě, že zjištění nebo podezření, že Vyhlašovatel provádí zpracování mých osobních údajů, které je v rozporu s ochranou soukromého a osobního života nebo v rozporu se zákonem.
